Cost: $75*

Bus leaves Trinity @ 5pm on Friday, March 20th
Bus returns approximately 7pm, Saturday, March 21st
(students will text/call with anticipated arrival time after leaving the conference)Medical/Parental Release Form must be on file. See below.
*Cost covers the conference fee and meals (dinner on Friday; breakfast and lunch on Saturday). Students are encouraged to bring extra cash for snacks and/or merch as these will be available.
The Details
Students will meet at Trinity at 5pm on the 20th to register, drop off belongings, and enjoy dinner (likely pizza). Once everyone has arrived, we will load up and drive to Gateway Assembly in Imlay City for evening breakout sessions and services. After the evening service, we will return to Trinity for late-night activities and snacks before going to bed.
The next morning, we will have breakfast at the church, then head back to Gateway Assembly for the rest of the event. We plan to return to Trinity around 7pm.
What to Bring
- Bedding (air mattress if you would like)
- Clothes to sleep in
- Clothes to wear on Saturday
- Money for concessions and/or merch
- Bible and nootbook
Medical/Parental Release Form
Please print, fill out and return the medical/parental release forms if you haven’t done so already. Forms can be printed by clicking HERE. Please return completed forms to the church office (Monday - Thursday / 8am - 5pm) or to youth leaders on Wednesday nights (6:30pm).
