Camp Enrollment Process

You must complete the process outline below in order to complete enrollment of your youth for camp.

 CAMP (Youth) 2025 Enrollment Process

We are so excited your student(s) will be attending camp this year!

*PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ THROUGH ALL OF THE INFO VERY CAREFULLY
BEFORE USING THE LINK TO REGISTER

Please direct any enrollment or payment question to the church office.

Instructions for Completing Enrollment:

  1. Click the link to the Student Ministries camp located at the bottom of the page.  This will take you to the ‘New Family Enrollment for Michigan Student Ministries’ website.

    • IF YOU CREATED AN ACCOUNT IN 2024, look for the text “Already have an account?  Please click here to sign in.”  After you click ‘click here’, you will be presented with the login window to enter your email and password.  If you forgot your password, click ‘What’s my password?’ to retrieve it. DO NOT CREATE ANOTHER ACCOUNT as this creates trouble on the camp’s end

    • IF YOU HAVE NOT PREVIOUSLY CREATED AN ACCOUNT, proceed by filling out the form fields on the webpage (‘New Family Enrollment for Michigan Student Ministries’). If you created an account last year, DO NOT CREATE ANOTHER ACCOUNT.  See the previous bullet for instructions to sign in.

    • Make sure to save your login information somewhere for future use.

  2. Continue adding all required information and applicable campers

  3. Click Continue to Enrollment Options

  4. It will direct you to your Camp Dashboard. To continue with enrollment, you MUST upload a current photo of your student by following the directions on the screen.

  5. Next, select Enroll [Student] for 2025

  6. Choose Mount Morris Trinity Assembly of God

  7. On the payment screen:

    • First, enter the Group Coupon Code

      • For Youth Camp: FHL1TMM35

      • Kids Camp is at Full Capacity; Enrollment is Closed

      Second, click APPLY COUPON

  8. To complete enrollment, submit your electronic signature.

Please note:

After completing the payment information, the balance will incorrectly show $0. This is due to payment being in-house with Trinity rather than with the camp. You will receive an invoice from Trinity with your expected total, including any applicable applied in-house discounts.

Need financial assistance?

Request financial assistance by calling the church office by May 18th.
Note, participation in fundraising will be required.

June 6th • Payment Deadline (Payments are to Trinity)
July 6th-9th • Faholo Youth Camp 1
July 20th-23rd • Faholo Kids Camp 1

May 3rd | 1pm - Pop Can Drive - Need Drivers and Help Returning Cans - Meet @ Beuches Parking Lot
May 5th | 5:30-8pm - Concessions at Softball Game
May 12th | 5:30-8pm - Concessions at Softball Game
May 17th | 9am-2pm - Craft & Bake Sale (set up @ 7:30am/bake, make crafts, set up/tear down)
May 18th | 4-8pm - Panera Bread Eat In or Take-Out Fundraiser
May 29th-31st | TBD - Garage Sale (need help running and set up | need donations for the sale)
